LET'S TALK

We’ve found it best to have a conversation about your current energy programs and purchase strategy. That said; if you’re ready - we’re ready.  You can get started with a risk-free analysis by providing the data below via email with our data submission form: 

1.  Summary of your energy loads for the last 12 months
2.  A utility bill for each meter you want analyzed 
3.  A copy of your current purchase agreement(s)
4.  Authorization to obtain any additional data from your providers  

ENERGY ANALYSIS

Step two is our analysis of your current energy situation, an analysis of your market, and of current opportunities in the market. If appropriate, we'll issue an RFP to gather actionable electric and natural gas pricing and we'll run our exposure models and analytics. Our analytics are designed to give you a sense of the market risks and opportunities and to clearly express the budget benefit and risk associated with various hedging strategies so that you can make the most informed decision.

FINDINGS/RECOMMENDATION

Once our analysis is complete, we'll schedule a conference call or time to meet.  We will provide clear and concise deliverable which provide information on the markets, cost savings opportunities, risk management strategies, supplier analysis, and recommendations.

Collaboration

Did the process to this point yield a satisfactory result? If so we can move into contracting. If not, there is no cost or obligation. And, our service is not limited to running an auction or a single procurement process.  Instead, we provide continuous budget management and support throughout the supply contract term. And, we'll never invoice you. Our fees are paid by the energy supplier as part of its fuel or electricity contract and not as a separate direct cost to you. There is no financial commitment unless you're 100% satisfied with the services during the initial organizational phase and prior to going to market.
